Lavish Lights LLC ("Lavish Lights," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS and MMS messaging to respond to customer and business-partner inquiries about estimates, scheduling, active projects, service coordination, and support.

When you text us, we may collect your mobile number, message content, attachments, timestamps, delivery information, and your opt-in or opt-out status. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide the requested service communication, maintain message security and reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not sell or rent mobile information collected through this SMS program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers, including communications and infrastructure providers, only as needed to operate and secure the messaging service, or disclose information when required by law.

Message records are protected with access controls and encryption where supported. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
